How to Get Your Baby to Sleep Through the Night
So my dear readers, you are in the throws of early parenthood. You are all geared up with the best of everything. You’ve traded in the healthy glow of pregnancy for dark circles under your eyes. You are beginning to think that you will never again get to experience that luxury called a full night’s sleep.
I hear you! Infant sleep challenges are more common than not. I was there… and too vividly recall some late night sessions with my six-month old baby boy when I was so desperate to get him to sleep that I wanted to take him back to the hospital! Those were the long dark nights of the soul.
The frustrating part was that he was my second baby and all the tactics I used with my first baby just didn’t work! I referred to the same books, written by experts in the field but my little guy just didn’t fit the same mold.
When I found The Baby Sleep Solution audio program I was very pleased to find Chris Towland very clearly state that every baby is indeed different and that a solution that works for one will not necessarily work for another. The reason his program works so well is that he provides his listeners with a multitude of easy tips, any one or any combination being just the solution you'll need to get your baby to self-soothe and sleep through the night… so you can too!
And amazingly enough, the different techniques that eventually worked for my two babies were both covered in this 35 minute audio program. You can download it today and listen while you’re nursing or playing or folding laundry. That beats the hours of reading I did… in all my free time! Ha!
So click here and enjoy the audio program (with Chris’ soothing British accent!)… and very soon after, enjoy a good night’s sleep!
p.s. When you’re sweet pea is sleeping like a baby, drop me a note! I’d love to share in your well deserved celebration!
